ANXIETY THERAPY THROUGH COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
The use of cognitive model to help overcome anxiety is important and this means how you see things is how they are. Its mainly based on the idea that we obtain our feelings from our thinking, and from our own self-talk. Cognitive therapy is about identifying unhelpful self-talk and idea and starting to confront those ideas.
A research was completed with college students about their problems. Two groups of students wrote down their problems. One group read it to someone who is objective who is not a therapist. It was determined that the students who discussed the problem loudly showed up a considerably higher progress of their problem. This anxiety therapy is just expressing your feelings with someone who would not resolve it, judge the patient or be anxious about it with the patient. That could ease tension and anxiety in itself.
Also, we have always believed that serious anxiety disorders could be treated by therapy and medication. Thats nearly a complete separate matter. Scientifically, we have been educated that theres a chemical change in our brain when an individual has emotional illnesses. Psychiatric medicine is intended particularly to even out or repair those brain chemicals. Repairing the brain chemistry and creating a number of thought changes give us a more definite way to treat emotional illnesses.
